Our safety standards include vehicle inspections, responsible driving practices, secure parcel handling, and immediate reporting of accidents, vehicle issues, or delivery exceptions.

We believe no delivery deadline is more important than safety.

Our Delivery Process:
 

Every shipment is managed through a structured process designed to maintain accountability from pickup to completion.

Route & Parcel Verification: Drivers review assigned routes and verify parcels and delivery information before beginning their route.

Secure Transportation: Shipments are handled with care and transported according to customer and route requirements.

Delivery Verification: Drivers confirm the delivery location and follow all applicable delivery instructions.

Proof of Delivery: We utilize a delivery tailored app available on IOS, and andriod for route management and delivery documentation. Depending on customer requirements, delivery records may include delivery status, location, time, notes, and photographic proof of delivery.

Exception Reporting: Any issue preventing a successful delivery is documented and reported through our established procedures, ensuring customers remain informed when circumstances affect a shipment.

Driver Standards & Onboarding:
 

Our drivers are carefully onboarded to ensure they understand our safety expectations, operational procedures, customer service standards, and delivery requirements.

The onboarding process may include:
 

• Application and information review

• Driver and vehicle qualification

• Background and driving-record screening

• Independent contractor documentation

• Safety and operations orientation

• Technology and delivery-app training

• Route readiness and operational approval
